Burnout: do you have it and what can you do about it?
Burnout was originally defined only as being due to long-term work stress, particularly in highly emotionally demanding professions. If the last few years have taught us anything, we have learnt that burnout can happen far outside of this narrow definition (and it certainly isn't only about the workplace)! In this mini-course, Dr Kate will help you explore the potential signs of burnout within yourself and to begin the process of reversing burnout with practical exercises and new perspectives and habits.
