These two approaches are uniquely suited to helping us to shift our bodymind into ‘rest and digest’ mode and out of ‘fight or flight’. In ‘rest and digest’ mode, you will experience improved sleep, stronger digestion and elimination, a more relaxed mind and emotions, better immunity, reduced muscle tension and reduced stress response.
When we're in ‘rest and digest’ mode, we're in healing mode—our bodymind can focus on the processes that are needed to heal, restore and maintain ourselves.
