My Embodied Spirit, Peaceful Mind workshop initiates a deep exploration of body-mind-spirit approaches to improving mental/emotional well-being amongst the challenges of our current world.

This retreat provides an expanded experience of my Embodied Spirit, Peaceful Mind workshop, allowing participants to take meaningful steps along the path to reclaiming their true and authentic Self. This is your creation in this lifetime.
Come experience a blend of ritual, time in nature, movement, sound, guided meditation, reflection and learning about the connections between body, mind, emotions and spirit, as you take a leisurely tour along the roadmap to better mental and physical health.
To walk this roadmap is to shed the layers that you've accumulated through the influences of trauma, culture and family, which get in the way of knowing and accepting yourself deeply and experiencing peace and comfort within your whole being. These layers also create obstacles to visioning and pursuing your purpose in this lifetime.
